Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. We aim to ship orders placed before 1pm Monday - Friday same day. **Note, DPD will quite often attempt Saturday Delivery on orders dispatched on Fridays**

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st & second class Royal Mail deliveries will not have tracking numbers.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order you will be informed at the checkout. In some cases we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock and the back order items when they arrive however this is not always the case. In some instances i.e for overseas shipping or Northern Ireland we reserve the right to ship the entire order once the back ordered item becomes available in stock for dispatch. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment if we decided to ship the items separately. Every effort is made to keep stock levels up to date on the website.

Laser Edge Dual 380 - Microfibres for many tasks
With our Laser Edge Dual 380 you get 2 microfibre towels/cloths, 40 x 40 cm in size and in 2 different colours. These can be used for multiple tasks including wiping coatings, waxes, sealants, polishes, and interior surfaces. They are 380 GSM and are borderless which makes them excellent all-rounders. Having 2 in a pack means you can use them for 2 different tasks, one side has long fibers, and the other side shorter pile. With the short fiber, you can grab the product - and the long one to dry afterward.
They are grey and yellow.
Our '2-go' towel
A pack of Laser Edge 380 is always nice to have on hand. It doesn't really matter what you have to wipe, the towels can be used for so many purposes.
The towels have a plush side and a tightly woven side - which is a bit of an overlooked factor. This makes them particularly good as one side (short) grips the product you want to wipe off and the other side (long) is ideal for drying, for a streak-free finish.
Paint protection and coatings.
If you need to wipe off a ceramic coating, you can't do it without microfibre towels. The smart thing here is that the towels are divided into colours. Eg. you use the yellow towel to wipe off - and then the grey one to dry after. We have used the towels to wipe off many different coatings, waxes and sealants - and they work super well. 1-2 cloths are enough for a car.
Interior
The Laser Edge 380 are also excellent for inside the car. They can be used for a range of surfaces from plastic and leather to screens and delicate surfaces. Remember to use the short woven side on screens, as well as on gloss black surfaces with an interior detailer like Auto Glanz Mist as a "lubricant".

How to care:
- Avoid washing together with other laundry, which can "contaminate" the towels.
- The towels contain colour that may run. Therefore, wash grey towels separately from yellow towels.
- Wash at a maximum of 40 degrees. Do not use fabric softener.
- Wash with a dedicated washing detergent for microfibers like Microwash. It will keep the fibers soft.
- Can be tumble dried on cold air/gentle. It will open up the fibers. Alternatively, hang them to dry.
Note:
- Towels of this type will lose some fibres over time!
- They may lose the fibres over time - especially if they are used with chemicals containing solvents
- Throw them away after using with glass ceramic coatings
