Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. We aim to ship orders placed before 1pm Monday - Friday same day. **Note, DPD will quite often attempt Saturday Delivery on orders dispatched on Fridays**

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st & second class Royal Mail deliveries will not have tracking numbers.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order you will be informed at the checkout. In some cases we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock and the back order items when they arrive however this is not always the case. In some instances i.e for overseas shipping or Northern Ireland we reserve the right to ship the entire order once the back ordered item becomes available in stock for dispatch. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment if we decided to ship the items separately. Every effort is made to keep stock levels up to date on the website.

With the Medium One-Step Pad, you get a heat-resistant disc in foam, developed for 1-step polishing. The disc is ideal for newer cars, or the paint which requires light-medium polishing where at the same time a good shine is desired in one and the same step. Due to the heat-resistant foam, the disc keeps both its shape and structure even when exposed to heat. In this way, it maintains its grinding power far better than traditional discs in foam and has a durability that is 5-6 times longer. A class wheel if you want a little grinding power and a high finish in one step.

For the not perfect but reasonably nice varnish
That's how we think we can describe it. If you have a car or are about to start polishing a car where this is the starting point - then the Medium One-Step Pad could be the disc for the task.
We see it as the ideal disc for the professional who needs to polish and ceramic coat a new car. Or you who may have polished and sealed the car 2-3 years ago - but where the car now has slightly lighter washing scratches. Combine the disc with a medium/1 step or even a fine polish and get an excellent result!
Although the disc is medium and heat resistant. Then you can run a bit of heat in the disc. And the heat makes it easily flexible around the car's curves/edges and helps you achieve a nice finish.
Heat resistant
Auto Glanz uses a so-called heat-resistant or thermo-resistant foam on their foam polishing discs. That is that where a traditional disc in foam loses 60-80% of its grinding power when heat is applied to it - this does not happen in nearly the same way with Auto Glanz heat-resistant polishing discs. In this way, the disc will maintain its grinding power, even with repeated polishing steps. And at the same time, the polishing disc will last 5-6 times longer than traditional foam polishing discs.
Maintenance:
We recommend blowing the disc after each pass with a tornado gun. And occasionally clean it via a pad washer.
Polishing should be done with 1-2 discs in rotation. That is polish half a front flap or half a door - and switch to a cleaned and cooled disc.
Clean, cooled discs grind better and last longer.
