Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. We aim to ship orders placed before 1pm Monday - Friday same day. **Note, DPD will quite often attempt Saturday Delivery on orders dispatched on Fridays**

Back Orders
If an item goes on back order you will be informed at the checkout. In some cases we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock and the back order items when they arrive however this is not always the case. In some instances i.e for overseas shipping or Northern Ireland we reserve the right to ship the entire order once the back ordered item becomes available in stock for dispatch. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment if we decided to ship the items separately. Every effort is made to keep stock levels up to date on the website.

Microfiber Slim Ultra Cut Pad is, as the name suggests, a specially developed polishing pad for removing more difficult defects in the paint. The pad is the obvious choice for those who are a fan of the microfiber pad's facets, but would like a pad that can also remove defects on medium-hard and hard clear lacquer. The pad is only 12 mm thick in total, which is why all the power from your dual action machine is transferred well to the microfiber's grinding power. You can get a slightly better finish on the medium-hard lacquers with microfiber than with wool pads. So good grinding power combined with a great finish!

Not many manufacturers choose to make pads like the Microfiber Slim Ultra Cut Pad. And it's actually a bit of a shame, because we think this type of polishing pad is one of the best on the market!
The pad is far from a pad for high-gloss polishing. But instead, a pad focused a little more on the professional who wants to find the right mix between grinding power and great finish in the same disc.
Microfiber Slim Ultra Cut Pad is only 12 mm thick. This leaves not much damping of forces from your dual action polisher and for heat dissipation. Instead, these 2 things are actively used to move forward quickly. In short - this is the pad you use if you want to go further..... But still able to achieve a reasonable finish.
Maintenance:
We recommend blowing the pad after each pass with a tornado gun. And occasionally clean it via a pad washer.
Polishing should be done with 2-4 pads in rotation. Polish half a panel or half a door - and switch to a cleaned and cooled pad.
Clean, cooled pads grind better and last longer.
