Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. We aim to ship orders placed before 1pm Monday - Friday same day. **Note, DPD will quite often attempt Saturday Delivery on orders dispatched on Fridays**

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st & second class Royal Mail deliveries will not have tracking numbers.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order you will be informed at the checkout. In some cases we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock and the back order items when they arrive however this is not always the case. In some instances i.e for overseas shipping or Northern Ireland we reserve the right to ship the entire order once the back ordered item becomes available in stock for dispatch. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment if we decided to ship the items separately. Every effort is made to keep stock levels up to date on the website.

Microfibre Wash Mitt
A microfibre wash mitt is an essential item to have in your kit! Our microfibre wash mitt is 90% polyester and 10% viscose which makes it the perfect blend of materials for safe contact on your car. The wash mitt has a thin cuff on the bottom which is stretchy so fits nicely around your wrist meaning it easily stays on your hand whilst washing. The wash mitt can absorb and hold a lot of water and shampoo whilst still being gentle on your paintwork. Perfect to use with either of our Car Shampoos, Pure or Bubblicious.

Instructions:
After use:
- Rinse it free of dirt and soap. Wring it free of water
- Let it dry on a clothesline
- If you feel there is dirt in it that you cannot wash out, wash it at a maximum of 40 degrees with a dedicated detergent for microfiber.
- The mitt can be tumble dried, which will open up the fibers.
