Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. We aim to ship orders placed before 1pm Monday - Friday same day. **Note, DPD will quite often attempt Saturday Delivery on orders dispatched on Fridays**

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st & second class Royal Mail deliveries will not have tracking numbers.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order you will be informed at the checkout. In some cases we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock and the back order items when they arrive however this is not always the case. In some instances i.e for overseas shipping or Northern Ireland we reserve the right to ship the entire order once the back ordered item becomes available in stock for dispatch. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment if we decided to ship the items separately. Every effort is made to keep stock levels up to date on the website.

Auto Glanz Masking Tape - The good kind
Here is our high-quality premium masking tape. The tape is slightly flexible and is therefore suitable for covering moldings, emblems and surfaces in plastic - where you do not want to get polishes or sealants etc. The tape adheres very well to a dry surface, but leaves no adhesive residue when it is removed. Available in 3 different sizes.
Why use masking tape?
By using Masking Tape, you can save yourself a lot of trouble regarding polishing your car.
- Most polishes today contain metal oxide. And the metal oxide can stain plastic or simply rub off on it, so it can be incredibly difficult to get it off again. We would almost call it a classic. We have many customers who forget to cover their plastics, then end up touching their polisher onto plastic or rubber - with an unfortunate result. In most cases, it can be removed again, but it may take time. But in other cases, it's game over.
- It is very normal when polishing, the polish becomes dusty. Especially if your polisher hits an edge. The polishing dust goes up into the air and can settle down in window frames. By covering the window moldings, you can avoid a major job of removing the sanding dust from here when you have finished polishing.
- There may be sensitive surfaces on your car that you do not want to polish. Masking tape is your friend here.

If you make sure that the surface is clean and dry, the tape sticks really well. If you have to polish quite a lot over the edge of the tape and it rolls up you will be able to readjust the tape or put some new tape on, the tape leaves no residue, making this a quick transition.
