Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. We aim to ship orders placed before 1pm Monday - Friday same day. **Note, DPD will quite often attempt Saturday Delivery on orders dispatched on Fridays**

Order Tracking

Back Orders
If an item goes on back order you will be informed at the checkout. In some cases we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock and the back order items when they arrive however this is not always the case. In some instances i.e for overseas shipping or Northern Ireland we reserve the right to ship the entire order once the back ordered item becomes available in stock for dispatch. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment if we decided to ship the items separately. Every effort is made to keep stock levels up to date on the website.

Laser Edge Soft 500 Microfibre
Laser Edge Soft 500 microfibre is made for the tasks where you want to be a little extra gentle, eg. when removing excess sealant, wax or quick detailer. The soft 500 microfibre has good absorbency, measures a practical 40x40 cm and has no edges. Seamless edges mean it won’t mark or scratch the paintwork when in use.
It's crazy!
In our opinion, Laser Edge Soft 500 is one of the best microfiber towels that can be used for everything, like when you want a gentle wipe but also has good absorbency. It is the perfect solution for wiping off both sealants, waxes and quick detailers. But is also gentle enough to be taken into the car to swipe delicate surfaces.
Where the lower GSM towels typically grip well, they often do not have super absorbency. Whereas, a higher GSM towel will have good absorbency, they become too difficult to work with. But the towel here, with its 40 x 40 cm, is a great size and does everything just right.
No tags and edges
We see it often. Excellent cloths where the manufacturer just needs to sneak their logo in somehow?! It's such a shame that you start by removing the tag, ruining the cloth a little bit - just to start using it. Not so with the Laser Edge Soft 500 here. Take it out of the bag, shake it once - and use it. Here there are no edges or "tags" that can scratch the paint.

Maintenance:
- Wash the towel separately - or with similar towels.
- Use a dedicated microfiber detergent like Microwash.
- Wash at max 40 degrees.
- Put it in the dryer on cold air - this will open the fibers or hang to dry.
