Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm unless it is a Bank Holiday. We aim to ship orders placed before 1pm Monday - Friday same day.
**Note, DPD will quite often attempt Saturday Delivery on orders dispatched on Fridays**

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st & second class Royal Mail deliveries will not have tracking numbers.
Back Orders
If an item is on back order you will be informed at the checkout. In some cases, we will ship you part of your order that is in stock and the back order items when they are restocked. However, this is not always the case. In some instances, i.e for overseas shipping or Northern Ireland we reserve the right to ship the entire order once the back ordered item becomes available in stock for dispatch. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment if we decided to ship the items separately. Every effort is made to keep stock levels up to date on the website.
Christmas Holidays
During the Festive period, we usually close for 2 weeks to give our staff a proper break over Christmas. This is typically over the Christmas week through to the week covering New Year's Day. Exact dates will vary year to year. 2025 closure will be from 20th December 2025. Normal hours will recommence on 5th January 2026.

Auto Glanz Dual Action Pro Polisher - The butcher!
With our Dual Action Pro Polisher, you get a machine with a 6¨ back disc and 21 mm swing - made for quick paint correction on larger surfaces. The machine has a soft start, stepless speed regulation (progressive trigger), ventilated rear disc, a low noise level and is generally just a pretty nice machine. If you really want to go beyond the steps, you must get hold of the "Butcher" here!
Pro
The 21 mm machine is the first in a new series of polishing machines, where the focus is on the professional user. That is you can feel that the machine is screwed together a little better, runs more quietly and generally has a greater "pain threshold". Bearings in the machine are oil lubricated, which can really be heard and felt in the way the back disc is driven. The machine costs a little more than the consumer machines, but you can also feel that you get what you pay for.
We call the Dual Action Pro Polisher "The Butcher" because it really is a machine that can get you beyond the steps. If you have a varnish with severe defects - we don't think you will find a dual action polishing machine that does the job better than this one.
