Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm unless it is a Bank Holiday. We aim to ship orders placed before 1pm Monday - Friday same day.
**Note, DPD will quite often attempt Saturday Delivery on orders dispatched on Fridays**

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st & second class Royal Mail deliveries will not have tracking numbers.
Back Orders
If an item is on back order you will be informed at the checkout. In some cases, we will ship you part of your order that is in stock and the back order items when they are restocked. However, this is not always the case. In some instances, i.e for overseas shipping or Northern Ireland we reserve the right to ship the entire order once the back ordered item becomes available in stock for dispatch. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment if we decided to ship the items separately. Every effort is made to keep stock levels up to date on the website.
Christmas Holidays
During the Festive period, we usually close for 2 weeks to give our staff a proper break over Christmas. This is typically over the Christmas week through to the week covering New Year's Day. Exact dates will vary year to year. 2025 closure will be from 20th December 2025. Normal hours will recommence on 5th January 2026.

With our Interior Kit, we've assembled everything you need to keep the hard surfaces in your car's interior clean and tidy.
Along with liquids, you'll get the brushes, applicators, and microfibres you need - so the set is ready to use right away.

If you're the type who cares about keeping your car as clean inside as it is outside, then our Interior Package is perfect for you.
The procedure for pretty much everything in the set is:

What's in the bundle:
Plastic Cleaner (500ml)
Plastic Cleaner is an effective plastic and vinyl cleaner that you can use on all the hard surfaces inside the car. It can also be used on modern vinyl leather seats. The product easily removes tough dirt, but can also be used for lighter cleaning. Pro tip: Also use it on door shuts and rubber strips.
Trim Reaper (500ml)
Trim Reaper is an interior dressing that provides UV protection, as well as volume and depth to plastic surfaces. As a bonus, it can be used on all exterior parts of the car made of plastic and rubber.
Mist (500ml)
Mist is an anti-static interior detailer. That means it's a product you can use to lightly clean all hard surfaces. The product will give the surfaces a bit of volume - making them appear darker, but above all, it will give them the UV protection they need to avoid becoming dull and grey. The product is anti-static, so you'll notice that subsequent maintenance becomes easier.
Super Soft Detailing Brushes (2 pack)
Detailing brushes for cleaning areas where you need a little more scrubbing power or areas that are hard to reach by hand.
Auto Glanz Laser Edge 320 Microfibre Cloths
You get 4 pieces in blue. Laser Edge 320 are suitable for all interior surfaces.
Auto Glanz High Dense foam applicators (2 pack)
Foam Applicators for applying Trim Reaper.
