Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. We aim to ship orders placed before 1pm Monday - Friday same day. **Note, DPD will quite often attempt Saturday Delivery on orders dispatched on Fridays**

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st & second class Royal Mail deliveries will not have tracking numbers.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order you will be informed at the checkout. In some cases we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock and the back order items when they arrive however this is not always the case. In some instances i.e for overseas shipping or Northern Ireland we reserve the right to ship the entire order once the back ordered item becomes available in stock for dispatch. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment if we decided to ship the items separately. Every effort is made to keep stock levels up to date on the website.

Auto Glanz Nano Polisher
The AG Nano Polisher is here! A small but very powerful polishing machine with special gearing and up to 12mm throw in orbital movement, you have the perfect amount of power for when you need to correct paintwork in those smaller areas.
Included with the polisher are both 1" and 1.5" backing plates which means you can use from 1.4" up to 2.2" pads to ensure you have the ideal combination for the job when working on the small, tight difficult areas. The AG Nano Polisher also comes with 2 x 12v batteries and a charger, plus a soft shell bag to keep it safe and protected when not in use.
But that's not all, because our polisher comes with not only a 12mm DA adapter, but also a 3mm DA adapter and a rotary adapter. With the AG Nano Polisher you are ready for any task your detailing may throw at you.
