Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. We aim to ship orders placed before 1pm Monday - Friday same day. **Note, DPD will quite often attempt Saturday Delivery on orders dispatched on Fridays**

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st & second class Royal Mail deliveries will not have tracking numbers.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order you will be informed at the checkout. In some cases we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock and the back order items when they arrive however this is not always the case. In some instances i.e for overseas shipping or Northern Ireland we reserve the right to ship the entire order once the back ordered item becomes available in stock for dispatch. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment if we decided to ship the items separately. Every effort is made to keep stock levels up to date on the website.

Luminosity - Liquid Wax
As well as a super shiny ride, we all want protection for our pride and joy. Traditionally, you would reach for your old paste wax and have to put in the time (and a lot of effort) to get a brilliant shine. Luckily, things have progressed with the introduction of liquid wax, which is much more simple and easy to apply. However, these liquid waxes don’t always have as much protection and cleaning capabilities as the paste wax.
Here at Auto Glanz, we want detailing your vehicle to be a breeze, as well as bringing you top quality products that get the best out of your vehicle. This is why we created Luminosity: a highly durable liquid wax formulated to boost gloss and offer maximum protection.
Based upon our hybrid technology found in our ever-popular quick detailer Smooth Velvet, Luminosity is no one-trick pony! It offers maximum gloss, but with durability found in sealants! This truly is a special product.
How To Guide:
- Apply sparingly to one panel at a time.
- Allow a few minutes for the wax to haze and buff to a high shine finish with a plush microfibre cloth.
