Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. We aim to ship orders placed before 1pm Monday - Friday same day. **Note, DPD will quite often attempt Saturday Delivery on orders dispatched on Fridays**

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st & second class Royal Mail deliveries will not have tracking numbers.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order you will be informed at the checkout. In some cases we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock and the back order items when they arrive however this is not always the case. In some instances i.e for overseas shipping or Northern Ireland we reserve the right to ship the entire order once the back ordered item becomes available in stock for dispatch. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment if we decided to ship the items separately. Every effort is made to keep stock levels up to date on the website.

Autoglanz Pure is an ultra-high concentration car shampoo that can be diluted right down to 2000:1 whilst still offering a supremely lubricated, foamy and effective wash.
Not only is it a high concentration shampoo, but it is also one of the highest concentration shampoos on the market today. Pure is very effective, even at lower dilutions. Simply add a small amount to your bucket or a tiny amount directly to the wash pad and begin washing with complete peace of mind. Pure offers exceptional lubrication thanks to its extensive list of carefully picked surfactants and lubricating agents that are specifically designed not to be left on the surface once you are complete with your wash routine.
Pure is therefore ideal for use on any coated vehicle. Be it a show-stopping, ultra wet wax or a ceramic coating, you can be sure that Pure will not have any adverse effects on your LSP (last step protection.)
How To Guide:
- Carry out a thorough pre rinse and snowfoam/pre wash.
- Add the desired amount to your bucket and a small amount directly to your wash mitt (2000:1).
- Ensure the vehicle is wet before commencing and carry out a full wash from top to bottom using the 2 bucket method.
- Rinse down thoroughly, ensure the vehicle does not dry during the wash.
- Dry and move on to your next stage.
