Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. We aim to ship orders placed before 1pm Monday - Friday same day. **Note, DPD will quite often attempt Saturday Delivery on orders dispatched on Fridays**

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st & second class Royal Mail deliveries will not have tracking numbers.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order you will be informed at the checkout. In some cases we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock and the back order items when they arrive however this is not always the case. In some instances i.e for overseas shipping or Northern Ireland we reserve the right to ship the entire order once the back ordered item becomes available in stock for dispatch. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment if we decided to ship the items separately. Every effort is made to keep stock levels up to date on the website.

Mist - Anti Static Interior Detailer
There’s nothing worse than spending ages getting your pride and joy in great condition, only to jump in it and spot a few specks of dust on the dashboard. On closer inspection, you can see that those “few specks” are actually a fine blanket of dust covering everything.
The problem with dust is that it is electro-statically attracted to plastics (which is an issue, considering this material makes up a huge percentage of a vehicle’s dash.) In the past, the only way of getting rid of this build up was to manually remove it with a rag and although this method works, it is time consuming and doesn’t actually stop the dust from re-forming (meaning you’ll have to go through this process over and over again.)
In order to combat this problem (and to make your life easier) we created Mist. Mist is the ultimate, natural finish, anti-static interior detailer for keeping that new car interior look to your dashboard, interior plastics & vinyls for years to come. Containing mild cleaners to help remove soiling deposits, advanced UV inhibitors to help prevent fading and cracking, plus modern anti-static properties which hydrate the surface to stop any airborne particles from being attracted to any surface that it is applied to.
How To Guide:
1. Apply sparingly to the plastics to be treated.
2. Wipe the surface with a clean microfibre cloth.
3. If required, buff any excess product away.
