Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. We aim to ship orders placed before 1pm Monday - Friday same day. **Note, DPD will quite often attempt Saturday Delivery on orders dispatched on Fridays**

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st & second class Royal Mail deliveries will not have tracking numbers.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order you will be informed at the checkout. In some cases we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock and the back order items when they arrive however this is not always the case. In some instances i.e for overseas shipping or Northern Ireland we reserve the right to ship the entire order once the back ordered item becomes available in stock for dispatch. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment if we decided to ship the items separately. Every effort is made to keep stock levels up to date on the website.

ZeroH2O - Waterless Wash
ZeroH2O is a highly advanced waterless wash formulated to safely encapsulate dirt and grime so it can be safely and effectively removed with a microfibre without causing any damage to the painted surface.
Perfect for use on lightly soiled surfaces when conventional cleaning is not possible but a high quality finish and gloss are still desired. The ultimate car show products, arrive, wipe and shine!
How To Guide:
ZeroH2O has been developed to remove light to medium soiling when conventional cleaning methods are not possible. If your vehicle is heavily soiled then we suggest you do not use this product.
- Shake the product well and apply liberally to the surface being treated, ensure no areas that will be contacted are left dry.
- Allow the product to dwell for 30 seconds, this will help to lift soiling away from the surface.
- With a plush, deep pile microfiber, wipe from one side to the other in straight lines applying minimal pressure!
- Once one pass has been completed, fold the microfiber and repeat. If soiling is still visible at this stage apply more product.
- If all soiling is removed, fold the microfiber again and buff the product residue to a high gloss, scratch-free finish.
ZeroH2O contains active, high lubricating technology to ensure any soiling on the vehicle simply glides over the surface. It also contains gloss enhancers designed to leave a high gloss, protected shine after every use.
