Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm unless it is a Bank Holiday. We aim to ship orders placed before 1pm Monday - Friday same day.

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using first & second class Royal Mail deliveries will not have tracking numbers.
Back Orders
If an item is on back order you will be informed at the checkout. In some cases, we will ship you part of your order that is in stock and the back order items when they are restocked. However, this is not always the case. In some instances, i.e for overseas shipping or Northern Ireland, we reserve the right to ship the entire order once the back ordered item becomes available in stock for dispatch. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment if we decide to ship the items separately. Every effort is made to keep stock levels up to date on the website.
Christmas Holidays
During the Festive period, we quieten down for 2 weeks over Christmas. This is typically over the Christmas week through to the week covering New Year's Day. Exact dates will vary year to year.

ZeroH2O - Waterless Wash
Auto Glanz ZeroH2O is a high-lubricity waterless wash designed to safely remove light dust, fingerprints and fresh road grime while leaving behind a clean, streak-free finish. Its carefully balanced blend of lubricants, surfactants and advanced polymers encapsulates contamination, allowing contaminants to be safely lifted from the surface with minimal risk of marring or swirl marks when used with quality microfibre towels.
Developed for enthusiasts and professionals alike, ZeroH2O is ideal for maintaining vehicles where access to water is limited or when a traditional wash simply isn't practical. Safe for use on paintwork, plastics, glass, PPF, ceramic coatings, sealants and waxes, it delivers a fast, convenient clean without compromising the finish, making it the perfect choice for show preparation, garage maintenance or quick touch-ups between washes.
How To Guide:
ZeroH2O has been developed to remove light to medium soiling when conventional cleaning methods are not possible. If your vehicle is heavily soiled then we suggest you do not use this product.
- Shake the product well and apply liberally to the surface being treated, ensure no areas that will be contacted are left dry.
- Allow the product to dwell for 30 seconds, this will help to lift soiling away from the surface.
- With a plush, deep pile microfiber, wipe from one side to the other in straight lines applying minimal pressure!
- Once one pass has been completed, fold the microfiber and repeat. If soiling is still visible at this stage apply more product.
- If all soiling is removed, fold the microfiber again and buff the product residue to a high gloss, scratch-free finish.
ZeroH2O contains active, high lubricating technology to ensure any soiling on the vehicle simply glides over the surface. It also contains gloss enhancers designed to leave a high gloss, protected shine after every use.
