Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. We aim to ship orders placed before 1pm Monday - Friday same day. **Note, DPD will quite often attempt Saturday Delivery on orders dispatched on Fridays**

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st & second class Royal Mail deliveries will not have tracking numbers.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order you will be informed at the checkout. In some cases we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock and the back order items when they arrive however this is not always the case. In some instances i.e for overseas shipping or Northern Ireland we reserve the right to ship the entire order once the back ordered item becomes available in stock for dispatch. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment if we decided to ship the items separately. Every effort is made to keep stock levels up to date on the website.

Description
Our Hard Foam Pad has been developed to remove scratches and marring on medium-hard clear coats. These pads can be combined with either a heavy cut polish, like H3 or a medium cut polish, like M3. This combination will help with scratch removal but at the same time leave a reasonable finish that may not need further correction. The pad is made of heat-resistant foam, which keeps its shape and structure even when heat is applied to the pad. Resulting in the pad maintaining its grinding power and lasts 5-6 times longer than traditional foam pads.

Traditional hard foam pads are dead...
Long live the heat-resistant hard foam pad! Normally we will leave it up to our customers to say something is better. But with accessories such as Auto Glanz heat-resistant polishing pads, we beg to differ. Compared to traditional hard foam pads, ours are superior to them all!
Heat resistant
Auto Glanz uses a heat-resistant or thermo-resistant foam on our polishing pads. Usually, a traditional foam pad loses 60-80% of its grinding power when heat is applied to it - this does not happen in nearly the same way with Auto Glanz heat-resistant polishing pads. Our pads maintain their grinding power, even with repeated polishing steps. And at the same time, the polishing pad will last 5-6 times longer than traditional foam polishing pads.
Maintenance:
We recommend blowing the pad after each pass with a tornado gun. And occasionally clean it via a pad washer.
Polishing should be done with 1-2 pads in rotation. We recommend, polishing half a panel or half a door - and switch to a clean and cool pad.
Clean, cooled pads grind better and last longer.
