Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm unless it is a Bank Holiday. We aim to ship orders placed before 1pm Monday - Friday same day.
**Note, DPD will quite often attempt Saturday Delivery on orders dispatched on Fridays**

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st & second class Royal Mail deliveries will not have tracking numbers.
Back Orders
If an item is on back order you will be informed at the checkout. In some cases, we will ship you part of your order that is in stock and the back order items when they are restocked. However, this is not always the case. In some instances, i.e for overseas shipping or Northern Ireland we reserve the right to ship the entire order once the back ordered item becomes available in stock for dispatch. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment if we decided to ship the items separately. Every effort is made to keep stock levels up to date on the website.
Christmas Holidays
During the Festive period, we usually close for 2 weeks to give our staff a proper break over Christmas. This is typically over the Christmas week through to the week covering New Year's Day. Exact dates will vary year to year. 2025 closure will be from 20th December 2025. Normal hours will recommence on 5th January 2026.

Clay Bar - Aggressive
Clay bars effectively remove or lift away contamination from your vehicle's surface such as industrial fallout, rail dust, tree sap and tar. You will be left with a smooth surface, free from any small lumps and bumps.
Auto Glanz clay bars will:
- safely remove any contaminates stuck to your vehicle's surface
- come in 3 different hardnesses, depending on your requirements
- come in a small plastic container to keep them fresh and easy to store
Auto Glanz clay bars have been specifically developed to give more elasticity which gives much more durability and usability when continuously manipulated into the shapes needed to be effective when in use. Furthermore, our clay bar will be far more resilient and possible to withstand the harsh contamination which you will be asking it to remove from the surface whilst keeping that contamination within suspension and away from the vehicle's surface.
The bars are available in 3 different levels of hardness, so you can choose the bar that suits the amount of contaminant on your vehicle's surface. Each clay bar comes in a small box for storage - so you can save the part of your clay bar you don't get to use for a later time.
Aggressive - Medium - Fine
... The choice is yours. One thing is certain. Here you get high-quality clay bars that help you get your vehicle's surface super smooth and ready for polishing.
Clay bars are available in 3 different types:
Coarse / Aggressive: For paintwork that has never been or where it may have been a very long time since the paintwork has been thoroughly cleaned. The clay bar grips the contaminants extremely well.
Medium / Regular: For paint that is reasonably well cared for, but where you may/may not be quite sure whether you should choose one bar over the other. Here, the medium suits most people well.
Fine: For paint that has been continuously cared for with chemical cleaning, but perhaps needs a light polishing. The fine clay bar minimizes the risk of scratches as much as possible in the mechanical process.
Contents: Each clay bar is 100 grams
Instructions:
Make sure that the paint is chemically cleaned of tar and flying rust with Spar-Tar and Blood Tonic.
- Unwrap the clay bar and cut or break it into 4 pieces
- Press the bar out into a pancake shape
- Spray a little Lubed - clay bar lubricant - on the surface - and then run the clay bar across the surface until it is completely flat
- Then spray a generous amount of Lubed on one panel at a time and gently rub the clay bar across the surface until it feels smooth
- Wipe the surface and proceed to the next panel
The body work is now ready for polishing.
