Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm unless it is a Bank Holiday. We aim to ship orders placed before 1pm Monday - Friday same day.

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using first & second class Royal Mail deliveries will not have tracking numbers.
Back Orders
If an item is on back order you will be informed at the checkout. In some cases, we will ship you part of your order that is in stock and the back order items when they are restocked. However, this is not always the case. In some instances, i.e for overseas shipping or Northern Ireland, we reserve the right to ship the entire order once the back ordered item becomes available in stock for dispatch. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment if we decide to ship the items separately. Every effort is made to keep stock levels up to date on the website.
Christmas Holidays
During the Festive period, we quieten down for 2 weeks over Christmas. This is typically over the Christmas week through to the week covering New Year's Day. Exact dates will vary year to year.

Please remember that these boxes are pre-packed before sale, so unfortunately we're unable to customise the contents or take requests for particular products.
If you purchase more than one Mystery Box, we cannot guarantee that you'll receive different products in each box. As they're packed in advance from available clearance stock, duplicate products – or even boxes containing similar selections – are possible.
