Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm unless it is a Bank Holiday. We aim to ship orders placed before 1pm Monday - Friday same day.
**Note, DPD will quite often attempt Saturday Delivery on orders dispatched on Fridays**

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st & second class Royal Mail deliveries will not have tracking numbers.
Back Orders
If an item is on back order you will be informed at the checkout. In some cases, we will ship you part of your order that is in stock and the back order items when they are restocked. However, this is not always the case. In some instances, i.e for overseas shipping or Northern Ireland we reserve the right to ship the entire order once the back ordered item becomes available in stock for dispatch. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment if we decided to ship the items separately. Every effort is made to keep stock levels up to date on the website.
Christmas Holidays
During the Festive period, we usually close for 2 weeks to give our staff a proper break over Christmas. This is typically over the Christmas week through to the week covering New Year's Day. Exact dates will vary year to year. 2025 closure will be from 20th December 2025. Normal hours will recommence on 5th January 2026.

Here at Auto Glanz we fully understand the desire for clean and sparkling wheels. Thanks to our Great British Weather, it often means that they end up covered in mud, dust and grime (all year round!)
When using your vehicle, brake dust and road grime become etched to the surface of the car paint, rims and wheels due to the high-temperature conditions they are normally exposed to. Brake dust contains high levels of iron and once etched to the rim, becomes extremely difficult to dissolve or remove without the use of harsh chemicals.
We developed Primo to tackle this problem. A ready to use, fast acting & effective bleeding wheel cleaner specifically formulated to remove iron fallout, brake dust & road grime while still being safe on all wheel finishes. The bleeding effect allows you to instantly see Primo doing its thing and being PH balanced means it is less harsh on the vehicle whilst still cleaning exceptionally.
How To Guide:
- Shake well before use, spray Primo directly onto soiled wheels.
- Allow to dwell for a few moments. Agitate if necessary using a wheel brush.
- Rinse thoroughly with high-pressure wash ensuring all product is removed. Do not allow to dry on the wheels.

Its a very good wheel cleaner i was a little disappointed it didn't bleed very well even on very dirty wheels. But the cleaning power was incredible and i would definitely buy again
