Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm unless it is a Bank Holiday. We aim to ship orders placed before 1pm Monday - Friday same day.
**Note, DPD will quite often attempt Saturday Delivery on orders dispatched on Fridays**

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using first & second class Royal Mail deliveries will not have tracking numbers.
Back Orders
If an item is on back order you will be informed at the checkout. In some cases, we will ship you part of your order that is in stock and the back order items when they are restocked. However, this is not always the case. In some instances, i.e for overseas shipping or Northern Ireland, we reserve the right to ship the entire order once the back ordered item becomes available in stock for dispatch. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment if we decide to ship the items separately. Every effort is made to keep stock levels up to date on the website.
Christmas Holidays
During the Festive period, we usually close for 2 weeks to give our staff a proper break over Christmas. This is typically over the Christmas week through to the week covering New Year's Day. Exact dates will vary year to year. 2025 closure will be from 20th December 2025. Normal hours will recommence on 5th January 2026.

Pure+ - Ultra Foam Shampoo
Previously only available in our Winter Wash Bundle.
Now available in 500ml & 5 Litres.
Pure+ is an innovative ultra foam shampoo designed to bridge the gap between snow foams and shampoos. Starting with the base product of Pure that is known for it’s slickness we’ve filled it to the brim with the best surfactants to boost the cleaning power. Even though the cleaning power of Pure+ has been boosted we’ve still managed to keep it pH neutral which means it will not affect any protection already applied to your vehicle. Alongside the added cleaning power, Pure+ includes added foam boosters, meaning you get those extra suds when used in a bucket, or you get thick foam when used through a snow foam lance. The surfactants make the thicker foam last even longer than traditional shampoos so you no longer need to rush around your vehicle quickly. These foam boosting additives add extra lubricity to the product which in turn helps reduce the chance of causing damage to paintwork during the wash stage.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
As a shampoo:
1. Add between 15-100ml to a wash bucket with clean water. (Works effectively to 1500:1)
2. Use a pressure washer in the bucket to agitate the water and produce a thick foam.
3. Using a clean microfibre mitt, wash the vehicle from top to bottom a single panel at a time.
4. Use a bucket of clean water to rinse the mitt, then dunk the mitt into the bucket of shampoo between each panel.
5. Once all panels have been washed, rinse thoroughly using a pressure washer.
As a snowfoam shampoo:
1. Add 60ml to your snow foam lance bottle with 500ml of water (9:1).
2. Cover the entire vehicle with the foam solution.
3. Use a microfibre mitt to wash the vehicle from top to bottom one panel at a time.
4. Rinse the mitt in a bucket of clean water between each panel.
5. Once the vehicle has been cleaned, rinse thoroughly using a pressure washer.
Note: If the car begins to dry, reapply the foam solution to the vehicle to give more time to finish the contact wash.
