Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. We aim to ship orders placed before 1pm Monday - Friday same day. **Note, DPD will quite often attempt Saturday Delivery on orders dispatched on Fridays**

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st & second class Royal Mail deliveries will not have tracking numbers.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order you will be informed at the checkout. In some cases we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock and the back order items when they arrive however this is not always the case. In some instances i.e for overseas shipping or Northern Ireland we reserve the right to ship the entire order once the back ordered item becomes available in stock for dispatch. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment if we decided to ship the items separately. Every effort is made to keep stock levels up to date on the website.

Rebound Rubber & Tyre Cleaner Offer - 5L + 500ml
Rubber & tyre cleaners are designed to remove dirt, grime & previous dressings from tyres and rubbers. In order to remove the browning and colour degradation from your tyres, a rubber cleaner is the perfect choice.
This is where Rebound comes in! It is a specially formulated high foaming cleaner designed to remove discolouration and grime. It penetrates deep into the rubber, adding life back into your tyres and an as new finish, ready for your favourite tyre dressing (may we suggest our own TT Serum or Uber Schwarz!)
How To Guide:
- Rinse the tyre well ensuring the entire surface is wet.
- For a standard car wheel, use two sprays of Rebound covering as much of the tyre wall as possible (use more as needed for larger pickup/truck tyres).
- Wet your scrubbing brush with water and optionally an extra spray of Rebound.
- Scrub about a quarter of the wheel vigorously.
- Wet the brush with water again before scrubbing another quarter of the wheel.
- Repeat until the whole wheel has been scrubbed.
- Rinse with copious amounts of water to reveal a squeaky clean tyre.
- When dry, apply your chosen tyre dressing.
