Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm unless it is a Bank Holiday. We aim to ship orders placed before 1pm Monday - Friday same day.
**Note, DPD will quite often attempt Saturday Delivery on orders dispatched on Fridays**

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st & second class Royal Mail deliveries will not have tracking numbers.
Back Orders
If an item is on back order you will be informed at the checkout. In some cases, we will ship you part of your order that is in stock and the back order items when they are restocked. However, this is not always the case. In some instances, i.e for overseas shipping or Northern Ireland we reserve the right to ship the entire order once the back ordered item becomes available in stock for dispatch. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment if we decided to ship the items separately. Every effort is made to keep stock levels up to date on the website.
Christmas Holidays
During the Festive period, we usually close for 2 weeks to give our staff a proper break over Christmas. This is typically over the Christmas week through to the week covering New Year's Day. Exact dates will vary year to year. 2025 closure will be from 20th December 2025. Normal hours will recommence on 5th January 2026.

We've put together a kit to include everything you'll need to get your wheels looking like they've just rolled off the production line.
Included in the Ultimate Wheel Kit:
Alkalloy - Our concentrated, non-acidic wheel cleaner can be diluted down to cater for all wheel finishes and soiling levels.
Hoops - Add a squirt of Hoops to your wheel bucket to add lubrication to your brushes and to help clean those wheels safely.
Rebound - Our dedicated tyre & rubber will help clean your tyres so your tyre dressing has a better chance and surviving.
Shield - Get those wheels protected from the elements and help them stay clean between washes with our dedicated wheel sealant.
Uber Schwarz - Our high gloss tyre dressing will have your tyres standing out from the rest.
**Please note, from time to time we may have to switch a product around in this kit due to stock issues. We will always ensure that the kit's value never goes down if changes to contents are required.**
