Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. We aim to ship orders placed before 1pm Monday - Friday same day. **Note, DPD will quite often attempt Saturday Delivery on orders dispatched on Fridays**

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st & second class Royal Mail deliveries will not have tracking numbers.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order you will be informed at the checkout. In some cases we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock and the back order items when they arrive however this is not always the case. In some instances i.e for overseas shipping or Northern Ireland we reserve the right to ship the entire order once the back ordered item becomes available in stock for dispatch. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment if we decided to ship the items separately. Every effort is made to keep stock levels up to date on the website.

Our Lambswool Wash Mitt is a lovely and soft wash mitt in short lambswool. There are two parts, a pocket for your thumb and a pocket for the rest of your hand. This helps you have a good grip of the wash mitt and helps when washing around awkward areas such as door handles etc. The short fibers make the mitt incredibly soft, while at the same time it glides easily and quickly over the lacquer. The dirt also never settles deep in the wash mitt, which is why it is easily rinsed clean in your bucket. The V2 version has become extra fuller and even more durable 👌🏻
Wool in a different way..
Traditionally, lambswool wash mitts have always had very long fibers. But ours, on the contrary, has very short fibers. This means several things:
- It glides easily over the paint
- Is light weight
- Sits on the whole hand
- It is easier to clean
BECAUSE the wash mitt is made of lambswool, it has no foam membrane as you typically see on microfiber wash mitts. Since the wool is more absorbent, the difference is not that noticeable. You will be able to feel that the lubrication from your chosen Car Shampoo like Pure gets onto the paintwork and isn't lost in the wash mitt. This then helps the wash mitt glide over the surface whilst being incredibly gentle, with little contact. Just as it should be.
Our wash mitt also has a pocket for the thumb. Combined with the fact that there is no unnecessary filling inside of the wash mitt (foam membrane), it is easy to grip surfaces. Or simply glide over surfaces with sharp curves.
Maintenance:
- After use, rinse it free of soap residue. Rub the dirt out of the wool
- Let it dry naturally
- Never wash it in the washing machine and never put it in the drier
