Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm unless it is a Bank Holiday. We aim to ship orders placed before 1pm Monday - Friday same day.
**Note, DPD will quite often attempt Saturday Delivery on orders dispatched on Fridays**

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using first & second class Royal Mail deliveries will not have tracking numbers.
Back Orders
If an item is on back order you will be informed at the checkout. In some cases, we will ship you part of your order that is in stock and the back order items when they are restocked. However, this is not always the case. In some instances, i.e for overseas shipping or Northern Ireland, we reserve the right to ship the entire order once the back ordered item becomes available in stock for dispatch. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment if we decide to ship the items separately. Every effort is made to keep stock levels up to date on the website.
Christmas Holidays
During the Festive period, we usually close for 2 weeks to give our staff a proper break over Christmas. This is typically over the Christmas week through to the week covering New Year's Day. Exact dates will vary year to year. 2025 closure will be from 20th December 2025. Normal hours will recommence on 5th January 2026.

Power Wash is a high-performance alkaline ultra-foam shampoo formulated to remove heavy soiling and grease quickly and effectively. Its alkaline chemistry provides superior degreasing power compared with pH-neutral shampoos, making it ideal for vehicles and surfaces that require aggressive dirt and contaminant removal.

- Powerful degreasing action for stubborn grime, road film, oil and traffic film
- Thick foaming formula improves dwell time and product contact for enhanced cleaning
- Versatile application: suitable for traditional bucket washes or for professional snowfoam lance use
- Effective at a wide range of dilutions: 100:1 up to 500:1 for bucket use; 1–2% as a pre-wash foam (PIR) for snowfoam systems
Usage guidance:
For routine washing, dilute Power Wash in a bucket at ratios between 100:1 and 500:1 depending on soiling level. For heavy contamination or as a pre-wash, apply through a snowfoam lance or foamer at 1–2% to allow the foam to break down grime before rinsing and proceeding with the wash stage. Rinse thoroughly after application.
Safety note:
This product is alkaline based and highly effective at stripping contaminants. It may reduce the effectiveness or longevity of existing paint protection (LSP) or ceramic coatings at stronger dilutions. Test on an inconspicuous area if uncertain and follow manufacturer recommendations for paint care. Use appropriate protective equipment and avoid prolonged contact with skin and eyes.
