Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm unless it is a Bank Holiday. We aim to ship orders placed before 1pm Monday - Friday same day.
**Note, DPD will quite often attempt Saturday Delivery on orders dispatched on Fridays**

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st & second class Royal Mail deliveries will not have tracking numbers.
Back Orders
If an item is on back order you will be informed at the checkout. In some cases, we will ship you part of your order that is in stock and the back order items when they are restocked. However, this is not always the case. In some instances, i.e for overseas shipping or Northern Ireland we reserve the right to ship the entire order once the back ordered item becomes available in stock for dispatch. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment if we decided to ship the items separately. Every effort is made to keep stock levels up to date on the website.
Christmas Holidays
During the Festive period, we usually close for 2 weeks to give our staff a proper break over Christmas. This is typically over the Christmas week through to the week covering New Year's Day. Exact dates will vary year to year. 2025 closure will be from 20th December 2025. Normal hours will recommence on 5th January 2026.

Snow Storm Foam Lance
Auto Glanz Snow Storm foam lance is the ideal accessory to apply foaming prewashes like snow foam eg. Auto Glanz Piste or Spritzer. The snow foam lance comes with a replaceable nozzle which you can adjust the pressure with. The lance bottle itself is made of impact-resistant HDPE plastic and has a large opening, so it is easy to refill products - even from a large container. The suction hose has a weight, so even if you turn this foam lance on its side - it still sucks up from the bottle. The spread of the foam can be adjusted both vertically and horizontally. Super smart!
We have a variety of adapters to choose from:
- Nilfisk : Nilfisk consumes machines (Typically machines that have the model designation C, D, E, P, etc.)
- Nilfisk Core : New type of cleaner from Nilfisk. Typically also fits Gerni and Stihl
- Nilfisk Pro: Typically fits Nilfisk models of hot water purifiers
- Black & Decker: Fits Black & Decker and typically Biltema machines.
- Kärcher K-Series / Ava : Typically fits Kärcher K-Models such as K3, K4, K5, K7, etc. It also fits many AVA machines.
- Kärcher HDS: Kärcher HDS series
- Kärcher Easy Lock: Kärcher machines that run with Easy Lock Coupling
- Quick Release: Fits Triggerguns
